I am a FinTech enthusiast with 5 years of experience as a Chargeback/Disputes Analyst. The passion for Finance & Technology drives me to help areas as Payments, Fraud and Disputes grow with my experienced insights. Eager to contribute with analytical expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on helping teams achieve outstanding results by leveraging my adaptability with various systems and tools to find effective solutions to complex challenges. Some of the tools are the following:

Working on a department where the data was simply not available, preventing the team from automating the tasks and forecast goals and results I accepted the reality and started to look into the data.

Mapping all the data, from the reports received from the multiple business partners, to the files without a standardized structure and having to work with multiple tools that were not connected properly, gave me an overwhelming amount of knowledge.

That was when I discovered my passion for Data, I realized how important it is to have data available and valid, to support our decisions. So, I decided to change my career and look for training in Data Analysis.

During 2024 I took a postgraduate degree in Data Analytics & Big Data, proactively completed several online trainings and created my portfolio where I carried out several projects in the areas that I am most interested in.

All this so that I can be an asset in my future challenge, bringing with me experience and a desire to learn, in order to increasingly increase my knowledge and transform me into an experienced Analyst.

I am naturally curious and highly detail-oriented, with a strong drive to grow and excel in the dynamic field of data analytics. For me, learning is a continuous journey filled with challenges that add depth to the experience. Each milestone and obstacle overcome strengthens my confidence and resilience, preparing me to tackle new opportunities with focus and determination.
